Once the target individuals have been identified, our researchers will approach these individuals discreetly to establish their suitability and interest with a view to bringing them in for an initial confidential meeting.

Our Search Consultants engage with candidates for roles by completing an in-depth, objective and inclusive interview to determine which candidates possess the required competencies and characteristics, and the desired organisational and cultural fit, before presenting a detailed shortlist for further discussion.

We coordinate all communications throughout the process, ensuring that all candidates remain engaged with our clients throughout the interview and evaluation process.
